Quick Table Extract

Effective date: 31 July 2026

Quick Table Extract is a browser extension that copies user-selected HTML table content to the clipboard or exports it to a local Excel workbook.

Data the extension handles

The extension accesses the displayed text of an HTML table only after the user right-clicks within that table and explicitly chooses a Quick Table Extract command. Depending on the selected table, that website content may contain information entered or viewed by the user.

How the data is used

The selected table content is used solely to provide the requested feature:

All processing occurs locally within the user's browser and device.

Data collection, transmission, and retention

Quick Table Extract does not transmit table content or browsing activity to the developer or any external server. It does not collect analytics, maintain user accounts, use advertising, sell or share data, or retain table content in extension storage.

Clipboard content and downloaded files are created only in response to the user's command and remain under the user's control.

Permissions

Third parties

The extension bundles SheetJS Community Edition locally to generate Excel workbooks. No table content is sent to SheetJS or any other third party.
